Contemporary Classical Concert
Part of the Nebraska Crossroads Music Festival

We are very happy to co-present the Contemporary Classical Concert with the Nebraska Crossroads Music Festival!

You will hear new works performed by violinist Olga Smola and the festival’s world-class roster of chamber musicians. The program will feature new commissions by Diné/Navajo composer Juantio Becenti, Armenian/Swiss composer Valeri Tolstov, and American composer and percussionist John Hadfield in addition to works by Armenian/American Composer Vardan Ovsepian and Sri Lankan/American composer Dinuk Wijneratne.

Following the concert, stick around for a Q&A with the composers to learn more about them and their music!
